Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Delivery Timeline (Within India)

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as remote locations, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp with tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery & Support

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the order

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
