At VOCS Perfumes, every fragrance is carefully prepared and handled to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

General Policy

Perfumes are classified as consumable personal-use products.
Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.

Replacement Eligibility

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product is defective or leaking
  • Incorrect product received

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video or images must be provided as proof

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or return requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal dislike of fragrance (subjective preference)
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Orders placed during sale or promotional offers
  • Products used, opened, or tampered with

Return & Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Photos or unboxing video
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

If approved:

  • You may be asked to return the product
  • Replacement will be shipped after inspection

Refund Policy

We follow a no refund policy.

Refunds are not applicable due to:

  • Hygiene reasons
  • Nature of fragrance products
  • Risk of misuse

In exceptional cases (such as order cancellation before dispatch), refunds may be processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept

Then:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refund (if any) will be adjusted after deducting logistics costs
